With our mobile concept, we bring a mid-1900s traditional pub to your event. The bar is entirely located in two 20-foot containers. These were completely converted and are placed in such a way that you can walk into an authentic Belgian pub after installation.

The brown pub is rented out with an experienced crew. You can freely choose which brewer you want to work with and make the purchase and arrangements with the brewer for the drinks yourself or you can leave the entire organisation to us. Our area of operation is currently the whole of Europe but locations outside Europe are also negotiable.

Als hechte vriendengroep met 20+ jaar ervaring als crew op Belgische festivals zochten we een gezamenlijk project. Tussen pot en pint werd nagedacht over een concept waarin we al onze kwaliteiten konden bundelen. Op één van deze avonden bedachten we een pop-up cafe: “T’anker: Belgian Beer Bar”. Een mobiele oude bruine kroeg waarmee we naar evenementen kunnen gaan, de ideale combinatie van werk en plezier.

We visited dozens of legendary brown pubs all over Belgium to discover their authentic elements, which were listed and collected on various second-hand sites.

At Brakrock Festival in Duffel in 2018, we were able to try out our concept. The mainly foreign visitors immediately enjoyed the concept. They gladly stopped by for a Belgian beer, to read the newspaper or play cards themselves. Not immediately what one would expect at a punk festival 🙂 But proof that it is a real brown café!

What do we need to set up the BBB:

• Terrain of 10 x 11 m
  • The bar itself is 10 m wide x 6 m long 
  • The working tent is 5 m X 5 m
• The slope at the total distance from the site may be a maximum of 0.5 m
• Water connection
• Possibility of discharging waste water
• Electricity 220v 16Amp
• Accessibility to the site must be possible with a trailer truck
• Height clearance of 6 m for placement with the crane

Bar hire without drinks:

We take care of:

• Placement of the bar and leveling of the terrain
• Assembly of the bar (1 day)
• Disassembly of the bar (1 day)
• 1 draft beer installation (4 taps) and cooling installation
• 1 beverage cooling with 4 doors for bottles
• Double sink integrated into the counter
• The bar itself is 10m x 6m
• The working tent is 5m X 5m
• Experienced tap crew during the event

Max use of 3 days + 1 day of construction + 1 day of dismantling

3500 € rental excl. Transport
Estimation of transport: 600 € for installation and dismantling (50 km transport included from Lint) + 90 € per extra hour driving both there and back

For rentals including the purchase of drinks, we are happy to make an appointment at the café to hear your requirements and provide a suitable customised quote.

Furthermore, we are completely open to supporting socio-cultural activities and we also like to consider other possibilities here.
